  1. Booking Confirmation:
    All safari bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by African Tanzanite Safari. A confirmed booking will be provided to the client upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

  2. Payment Policy:
    A deposit, as specified by African Tanzanite Safari, is required to secure a booking. Full payment is due before the commencement of the safari. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

  3. Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations made by the client must be communicated to African Tanzanite Safari in writing. Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the terms outlined in the booking confirmation.

  4. Refund Policy:
    Refunds for cancellations or modifications to the safari itinerary are subject to the cancellation policy and any applicable fees. African Tanzanite Safari reserves the right to deduct administrative fees or non-refundable costs from the refunded amount.

  5. Travel Insurance:
    It is strongly recommended that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

  6. Health and Safety:
    Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the safari activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed to African Tanzanite Safari before the safari.

  7. Liability Waiver:
    While African Tanzanite Safari takes every precaution to ensure the safety and security of its clients, participation in safari activities is undertaken at the client’s own risk. African Tanzanite Safari shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the safari, except where negligence is proven.

  8. Force Majeure:
    African Tanzanite Safari shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or modifications to the safari itinerary arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or airline disruptions.

  9. Code of Conduct:
    Clients are expected to adhere to ethical and responsible behavior during the safari, including respecting local customs, wildlife conservation guidelines, and the natural environment. African Tanzanite Safari reserves the right to terminate the safari without a refund if clients engage in behavior deemed harmful or disruptive.

  10. Jurisdiction:
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from the safari services provided by African Tanzanite Safari shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tanzanian courts.

Acceptance of Terms: By confirming a booking with African Tanzanite Safari, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
