RESERVATION

A deposit of 25% is needed at the time of booking, and the 45% will be paid 30 days before the arrival date and the remaining balance (30%) at the arrival before the tour begins.

PRICES

These include all charges connected with vehicle and motorist/ companion, sightseeing as indicated in planners, entrance freights to the places to be visited, lodgment, service charges, government levies, bed and the breakfast, half board and full board lodgment.

Prices exclude the cost of passport, visa, health documents gratuities, laundry, drinks and other flight fare. All prices are subject to change without notice in advance grounded on increased rates and/ or change in foreign currency and oil painting prices, etc.

CANCELATION

 Up 21 days prior to inception of arrangements the payment will be reimbursed less a nominal charge. cancellation lower than 21 days will dodge varying charges up to an outside of 50% of the cost of the arrangements. They take effect from the day we admit cancellation in jotting.

Cancelation by “African Tanzanite Safari” In the unfortunate indeed that we’ve to cancel a safari, we will return all moneybags paid or offer indispensable services of similar norms.

 REFUND

 No partial refunds will be given for unused refection’s, hostel apartments or field transfers for any reason whatsoever. African Tanzanite Safari reserves the right to increase the stint price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, currency oscillations, demesne freights increase, energy surcharges, government levies, etc.
